IDN Domain on Lion Server

Few few weeks ago I bought Lion Server, I also bought a test domain to play a little bit with the server. The initial idea was to move my primary domain to my self hosted server once everything is working on the test domain.

I could have choosen my my_existing_domain-TEXT.dk. However I thought this was too boring so I chose fanø.net.  But testing is not strait forward. Which might be due to IDN. I did some A record setups for fanø.net and some subdomain, but I cannot get ping working. However a ping to xn--fan-2na.net is working.

As I could not find anything messeges regarding problems with IDN, so I guess it is the server (DNS setup) which is incorrect. A hint on what setup is missing from anyone using the OX server would be great.

The domain xn--fan-2na.net and www.xn--fan-2na.net (fanø.net and www.fanø.net) is pointing to the IP: 46.32.52.200 if that is your IP it is your server / firewall that are the problem.
